1918-1938 Vintage Haas & Czjzek Czechoslovakian Fine Porcelain Tea Plate VanityThe firm traces its beginnings back to 1811 when Franz Miessl began manufacturing faience at a pottery he had purchased. Between 1830 and 1834 the factory was leased by F Weisl who sold it to Johann Dietl, Johann Huttner and Johann Schreyerow and renamed it Huttner & Co. In 1842 the factory was purchased by Moses Portheim and later run by his sons. In 1872 the factory was sold to Haas & Czjzek. By 1958 it had become part of Karlovarsky Porcelan. The
